At Snowball Annotation, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of digital software delivered via the internet, all sales are final once a license key has been issued and successfully activated, or after a 14-day period from purchase, whichever comes first.
Exceptions for Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the core functionalities of the software as advertised, and we are unable to resolve these issues through support within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
To be considered for a refund due to technical issues, please contact us at the support email below within 14 days of your purchase. You must provide:
- Your order number or the email address used for purchase.
- A detailed description of the technical issue(s).
- Information about your operating system and environment.
- Evidence of the issue (e.g., screenshots, error messages).
- Confirmation that you have followed any troubleshooting steps provided by our support.
Refunds in these cases are issued at our sole discretion after verifying the issue and our inability to resolve it.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be granted in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You purchased the software by mistake (please review your order carefully before purchasing).
- You do not have the appropriate system requirements to run the software.
- You refuse to cooperate with our support team to troubleshoot technical issues.
- You have violated the Terms of Service.
- The 14-day period has passed since your purchase.
